One of three things needs to happen, one they start Tebow not because he is a better passer, but because he can run away from pressure. The Jets won’t win much that way. The second is they must fix that dreadful offensive of line. One thing that will help the offensive line is a deep threat. I understand not having Santonio Holmes out is an issue; he will be ready for the opener if not sooner. However, the Jets can’t rely on the passing game on one man. They just don’t have help when it comes to receivers.

Chad Johnson who was released last week by the Miami Dolphins could potentially help them out when it comes to their receiver core. To be honest Johnson could be a reliable receiver on the other side of Holmes. Holmes and Johnson could be a great combo for Sanchez.     Overall, I agree with you even though I cant stand the jets,I am a Bills and Giants fan. The only problem I see with bringing Chad Johnson in is that there will be too many egos in the locker room. They already have enough attention with this Tebow Stunt(he looks awful). But I agree that they need to bring in another receiver, I just don’t think Chad Johnson would be the right guy right now. I would bring in Lee Evans over Chad Johnson if you wanted a Deep threat and not a guy who is going to make the team and locker room more unbalanced. Lee would sit there and do what he is told,and yes he dropped that catch last year, but Chad just headbutted his wife a week ago.
